3DS TekCare

3DS TekCare provides the reliability and the benefits of your original manufacturer warranty plus exclusive additional PREMIUM services and benefits. 3D Storm limited hardware warranty extension 3DS TekCare safeguards your equipment investment. It is renewable up to a total of 36 months including the initial manufacturer warranty.

3DS TekCare warranty extensions includes the following benefits

3DS TekCare must be purchased simultaneously with unit.

Relay loan option: in case of technical failure, an equivalent product or with the same number of video inputs will be dispatched within 24-72 hours after the failure declaration and validation by 3D Storm technical department. The delivery delay depends on the destination and are not included.

Shipping

In continental EU and Switzerland:

  • FREE shipping and returns for the entire period covered by the warranty, including the manufacturer's warranty.

Outside continental EU (Africa, overseas departments and territories, Canary Islands, Madeira, etc.):

  • Shipping to 3D Storm at the expense of the customer. Once the product has been repaired, 3D Storm supports the return shipping to the customer for the entire period covered by the warranty, including the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Taxes and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
