Azal Satellite Channel, a brand new Yemeni Channel, started broadcasting in October 2011. The main focus of Azal Satellite is related to the Yemeni traditions & tourism, and its mission is to educate the youth about the country’s traditions and introduce the country's tourism attractions to a worldwide audience.

Azal TV approached MediaCast, NewTek reseller in the Middle-East, to get advised on the latest technology in the broadcast industry. They needed a very efficient production workflow that would enable them to be mobile. MediaCast designed a powerful post production system for them, consisting in an Avid Media composer, HP systems & a NewTek TriCaster 850 Extreme.
